Selection process conducted by Army for the prefinal students

All students  from the four districts of Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Pathanamthitta and Alapuzha,  who have registered online for  the   Selection process conducted by Army  may report to  John Cox  Institute of Technology, Kannamoola ,  Thiruvananthapuram on 3rd/ 4th  March 2015  at 9 AM.  They should also bring the copy of the  application form.

A maximum of 10 number of candidates from each institution who have not applied online  can also appear for the selection process along with the following documents

(i)                Attested copy of Matriculation or equivalent certificate for age proof.

(ii)             Attested copy of 12th Class Certificate & Mark sheet.

(iii)            Attested copy of Mark sheets of all Semesters.

(iv)           Certificate from the Principal/Head of the Institution stating that the candidate is in final year and final exams will be over by 01 Jul 2016 for final year appearing candidates

(v)             Equivalence certificate of the concerned university to claim equivalence of stream/branch of engineering.

(vi)           All certificates in original. Originals will be returned after verification at the service Selection Board itself.

(vii)        Conversion of CGPA of each of the candidates, certified by the head of Institution

Any Candidate who does not carry these entire documents for the SSB interview, his candidate who does not carry these entire documents for the SSB interview, his candidature will be cancelled.
